Beautiful units in character with super comfortable beds. A safe, TV, and a fridge in the room. Cool location close to Public Transport, historic style building. And just next door to a fab restaurant and the main areas and the many cafes and restaurants.

The staff was pretty friendly, the accommodation was homey and fairly clean. The location was marvellous and handy, really close to the city centre as well as Grey Lynn and Ponsonby, much nicer and more authentic area than down town Auckland. The hotel provided great prices.

This quaint hotel offers an unforgettable experience. It has excellent, superfriendly staff. The location is favourable, 1 mile from Auckland Zoo. The venue is in the really quiet zone. It offers great prices.

The staff were very amiable and genuinely helpful lot of the time. Location: the hotel was just next door to restaurant and Grey Lynn and Ponsonby, much nicer and more authentic area than down town Auckland and Ponsonby and the Harbour Bridge. I often went to Tiger Burger to pick up some food.

What a very good stay, nothing to complain about. Spotless unique hotel in every way. Well-kept and beautifully decorated room with central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel television. Comfortable beds and large bathroom. Very amiable staff, excellentservices, including a great selection of great delicacies.

It was a unique hotel, nesteled in a historic building. My room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with a balcony, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful and provided a GREAT service. As for me, the location was ideal and nice, adjacent to the Grey Lynn shops, Grey Lynn and Ponsonby and the restaurant for the first time. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the property. Appreciated this hotel, had real good experience.

The hotel facilities were fantastic, with a delicious breakfast and free parking available. We also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability with their use of large containers for shampoo and soap. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops.

The attention to detail is evident, with complimentary little snacks and high-quality soaps provided. The location is perfect, being close to public transport and within easy walking distance of Ponsonby and great restaurants. Additionally, the staff are excellent, making guests feel welcome and taken care of.

The noise from the restaurant can be bothersome, especially for rooms close to it.

Appreciated my superb stay for 3 nights. My a double room was tidy and stunning with a tv. The location was great and awesome, the staff was fabulous. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

This hotel is a fantastic find! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome. The building itself is beautifully restored, with attention to detail that really impresses. I loved the fact that they are committed to sustainability, from the large containers of shampoo and soap to the complimentary snacks. The location is perfect, with everything you need close by, including a restaurant that is right next door.

The only slight downside was that the room I stayed in was a bit warm and could have benefited from a fan. But overall, everything was more than okay.
